Here’s a build on a subject matter other than fitness. However I️ feel compelled to build on the said subject. Reason being I’m a connoisseur of fitness and health. This particular blog deals with health as in livelihood. Also another expertise of mine other than health and fitness is youth gang prevention and youth empowerment…..

Now that the context has been established….

Troy Ave…..self made, successful independent rap artist that has had his shared of challenges to say the least. (For more elaborate detail google search.) His most public challenge to date is his current court case. Reportedly facing attempted murder with a possibility of a 40 year jail sentence. The internet is crucifying Troy for his indirect “soon to testify” in court machinations. Street blasphemy. Snitching! His breakfast club interview where he denounced street honor by calling it a myth and essentially deeming it fake shit. Emphatically Now cipher!!! There’s nothing fake about the Guy Fisher’s, the Larry Hoover’s and the countless individuals that honored the code. Troy released a post on instagram defending or really divulging his point of view. Nigas left him. Nigas ain’t real. Nigas didn’t honor the street code etc. Thus more the reason why he shouldn’t honor the street code, validating his position, the street code is fake, a myth. I️ believe 1,000 % these are his beliefs. Yet there is a fallacy to this that obviously Troy doesn’t know or is refusing to acknowledge. History tells us that nigas in the street game, go to jail an also get killed. Two harass realities. Also your jail time or court case… is exactly that… “your” jail time and “your” court case. If your “so-called” homies help out that’s a plus. However it isn’t the norm. I’m not saying it’s right, I’m saying this is the reality. We all know this. This shit wasn’t created yesterday. This shit is decades upon decades old. Youngsters fall victim to the romantic side of the streets. Thinking they can handle the dark side. We know from history that most can’t handle the dark. Most nigas typically lose in the game… no winners. There are few exceptions. However that is a gamble. The game isn’t cut out for most nigas. Thus the prevalence of snitching. And pure bitch-Ass activities. The life of the streets isn’t fair. Period. But we’re not above the game. If one decides to play, than play niga! Don’t bitch up. Take your lumps just like you dish out lumps. However I️ fully understand one is at the liberty to bitch up if they decide….. the moral of this post is for youngsters to let this whole “Troy Ave tragedy” enlightened you. It’s not all good. Street nigas pay a huge price…. the ultimate price. The game isn’t free. All parties involved have lost a lot. The very unfortunate aspect to this shit. Nigas will leave you for dead. Nigas will forget about. Yea all that shit… no love young fella… choose wisely…. Troy is learning first hand….
